One can only comprehend the true extent of the Syrian opposition’s treasonous and servile nature by reading the statements of its more “moderate” elements, the local opposition also dubbed the “good opposition” usually posed in contradistinction to the externally based and funded FSA/SNC “‘bad opposition”.
Michel Kilo, a leading member of the old guard of oppositionists, had this to say to the Lebanese website, al-Nashra here:
“No one can prevent or restrain the Syrians from fighting Hizbullah and removing it from the face of this earth, once the Assad regime falls, if it continues to support this bloody regime and the repression of the revolution.”
Spoken like a true Zionist.
Given that Kilo is a Syrian Christian, this merely goes to show that the main fault lines between the opposition and the resistance axis are primarily political rather than sectarian, even though sectarianism is being instrumentalized to mobilize Sunni support.
Maybe in the next war Kilo and his counter-revolutionary cohorts can collaborate with Israel and then suffer the consequences of Divine Victory II.
